Booking policy.

The number of guests not to exceed number of guests booked (as documented in your confirmation letter), to make changes please contact us directly. Extra per person charges apply.

Beds are prepared for the number of guests staying. If 2 adults wish to use separate bedrooms, an additional charge applies.

No pets or animals.

No smoking.

Check-in time is from 2 pm and check-out time is 10 am.

Credit card details are kept securely on file to cover incidentals and/or property damage/loss, no charges are made without the guests' consent.

Cancellation policy.

We highly recommend travel insurance.

For cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the fee is 100% of the booking.

Payment policy.

100% charged at 7 days prior to arrival.

Your card will be used for these payments.

In the event of a late payment, your booking will be cancelled.
