Booking policy.
The number of guests not to exceed number of guests booked (as documented in your confirmation letter), to make changes please contact us directly.
Beds are prepared for the number of guests staying. If 2 adults wish to use separate bedrooms an additional charge applies.
Some household detergents, small soaps, shampoo, and lotion included.

Check-in time is from 2 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
Strictly, no pets allowed at the Pelican Shed. Please contact us for preapproval of small non-shedding dogs at Driftwood (fee and bond payable).
No smoking.
Credit card details are kept securely on file to cover incidentals and/or property damage/loss, no charges are made without the guests' consent.
Cancellation policy.
3% cancellation fee after booking.
50% cancellation fee 8 weeks before arrival, 100% cancellation fee 14 days before arrival.
We highly recommend travel insurance.
Payment policy.
50% charged at time of reservation.
Remainder charged 14 days prior to arrival. Your card will be used for these payments.
If you book within the 14 day days of your arrival you will be charged 50% when booking, the second charge will be added within 48 hours.
In the event of a late payment, a fee of $10/day will be charged for every day over the due date. We will notify you before a late fee is charged.
